Tips for healthy flying
Drink plenty of water before the flight to avoid dehydration.
Avoid alcohol and coffee; they have diuretic properties.
Don`t eat too heavily before or during a flight.
Have some sleep before the trip and during the flight.
Keep your hands clean.
Take your vitamins.
Get up and walk and stretch as frequently as possible.
If you`re prone to air sickness, ask for a window seat over the wing.
Wear loose, comfortable clothing and shoes for your flight.
Give yourself plenty of time to get to the airport
